Lafarge Gyvlon Flow Screeds installation services
We have recently become one of only a handful of companies in the UK to become fully certified in the installation of Lafarge Gyvlon Flow Screeds.
Gyvlon binder based screeds are becoming increasingly commonplace, with a growing following with Developers and Main Contractors who have experienced the many benefits such screeds offer over traditional hand applied sand and cement. Employing modern user friendly construction techniques, this screed can be laid at least 10 times faster than semidry sand/cement screeds and produces a perfectly flat screed on which to lay tiles. It also provides excellent heat transfer and is therefore the perfect solution for under floor heating. The screed floor can normally be laid in a day and walked on within 24-48 hours.
At Terzetto we manage the whole process from start to finish. We supply and install the screed with our specialist team of installers and once it has fully dried we install the tiles on the flat surface. For the customer this gives total peace of mind as the floor is in the hands of the professionals.
Our installers work to British Standards and have been recognised as some of the best in the industry. Our floor sealers and adhesive have been approved by Lafarge and Dunlop.
